Sharing your Autodesk Design Review 2009/2010 custom symbols is possible by following these steps:

1. Copy the desired content at [system drive]:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Autodesk\Autodesk Design Review\userdata\symbol catalogs
2. Paste it into the target machine at the same location
3. Custom symbols will be available after the application has been restarted
