Design Review 2010

Design Review Script Error – ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

When you attempt to start Autodesk Design Review 2010 you are seeing Internet Explorer Script errors that may include the following text:

ClassFactory cannot supply requested class
Code 0
…\EComposite\Navpane_exe.htm

Solution

This problem can be caused by previous versions of Autodesk Design Review or Autodesk DWF viewer still installed on the system.

To resolve the problem, please follow these steps:

Uninstall all versions of Autodesk Design Review and Autodesk DWF Viewer via the Windows control panel under “Add Remove Software”.
In Windows Explorer, delete the following folders if they exist:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk DWF Viewer
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Design Review
Reboot your machine
Reinstall Autodesk Design Review 2010
